In order to offer timely, dependable service, I limit my service area to a 5 mile radius from Park Lane and Central Expressway in Dallas. Restricting the service area makes very early or very late visits possible and I can respond quickly to any last minute change of plans, plane delays or emergencies. Because your pet friends are so important, I am available 24/7 via phone or text. You can also expect photos/videos and updates on your pet after each visit. If WIFI is available in your home, a Drop Cam rental option is available so that you can observe your pet remotely through a free app on your smartphone 24/7.
After owning and operating a successful graphic design/advertising studio for the last 35 years, I decided to venture into doing the thing I have always loved the most…playing and walking with dogs and caring for pets. I can promise my clients that I will always treat their pet as if they were part of my family and do everything in my control to ensure that you will be happy with the service. I know how hard it is to leave them with someone new and the anxiety it can cause. Every new client goes through an initial intake interview so that I get to know you and your pet's needs thoroughly: feeding/walking schedule, veterinarian, emergency contacts, key/garage door issues, security alarm codes and a signed contract agreement.
All keys will be kept secure in my office in a fire-proof lock box, and neither your name nor address will be listed on any key labels. I’ll pick up your mail, newspaper, alternate your lights, and keep your plants alive. If you need anything else feel free to ask! All of our services are customized to meet your needs and your pets needs.
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Petsitters, bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC and most recently completed dog and cat CPR class.
To say that I have always had a strong connection with my dogs is an understatement. They have always given me their unconditional love and are always happy to see me with an unwavering loyalty.

How To Select a Petsitter

Selecting a petsitter can be a difficult choice. For one, how do you know they're dependable and responsible enough to help care for your home and your pets while you are gone? And then there's the worry that they aren't good about daily communication, or worse, they don't show up on time and your pets can't wait. Here's a few ideas to help you:

  1. Make sure your petsitter is licensed, bonded and insured. Your professional petsitter should be able to produce documentation of these important items.
  2. Make sure they review with you your pets' needs and gather as much information about your home security system, pet schedules and any other special needs.
  3. A professional petsitter should have a Service Agreement to be signed, Veterinarian Release, Key/Garage Door Opener Release and a checklist of duties needing to be performed before you engage their services.
