A: Yes, if you refer Wagmaster to a friend, family member, or co-worker I will reward you and the new client with a $10 gift certificate. The new client just needs to give me your name when they book their first service. The certificate will be sent to you when their first service is complete and can be applied on my next visit.

A: I leave that for each client to decide, but any gratuity is greatly appreciated, especially if you feel that I went above and beyond the service I provided!
A: Wagmaster cares for most common pets, as long as they don’t pose any danger to the sitter. Part of my intake interview covers questions about whether your dog is aggressive towards other dogs and or people/children, etc. I do not care for any animals with a background of aggressive behavior towards people, children or other animals.

Q: So how do I get started?


A: Just contact me at www.wagmaster.com or call me at 214. 232.1674. I’ll talk to you about your pet's needs are and schedule a FREE client intake interview to see if I am a good fit for your pet. I want you and your pet to be happy and feel comfortable with my service and me. I try to get as much information from you up front in order for me to do the best possible job. I will make every attempt to make things as painless as possible and promise 100% satisfaction. 
A: I try to individualize my visits based on the needs of your pets. For cats or caged pets the minimum amount of visits I provide is usually every other day unless more is needed. I will discuss your pets requirements up front and create a customized schedule of services to fit their needs.
Q: How many times a day do you visit?
A: Payment is due prior to scheduled service dates. I accept cash, check, and credit/debit card. Please make checks payable to Wagmaster. Credit card information will need to be kept on file. If payment has not been received 10 days after the due date, the credit card on file will be charged.

Q: What assurance can Wagmaster give me about the sitter coming to my home?

A: I ask you to give me a three hour time-frame for each visit. That way I can guarantee I will be there on time. I also take photos of your pets during my visit and will send you those with a quick text of how things went each visit. I know how important it is for a pet owner to know that their best friend is being lovingly cared for while they are gone.
A: Wagmaster does not offer boarding services. I find that pets are happier when they're left in their own home environment, surrounded by familiar sights, sounds and smells. Staying at home can protect them from stress or any exposure to illness that they may get at a boarding facility. My individualized service allows you to leave your pet in their home environment and stick to their daily schedule.
A: Please contact me immediately if you are not satisfied in any way with me or my service. I will make every effort to address any issues and try to amend any problems you may have had. I want you and your pets to be happy and rave about our level of service, so please contact me immediately if that hasn’t happened.
Q: What if I am unhappy with your service?
A: Yes, I am licensed, bonded and an insured member of Pet Sitters Associates, LLC and a member of NAPPS National Association of Professional Petsitters.
Q: Are gratuities expected on top of the regular charges?
A: At Wagmaster my first priority is the safety and security of your property and meeting your pets needs and comfort. I am bonded and insured and have undergone dog and cat CPR classes.
